I love the spa here. Ally gave me the best massage I’ve ever had! She was kind, professional, and incredibly skilled. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend Ally to anyone looking for an amazing massage—she’s absolutely worth a visit!

Its a beautiful facility.... if only the equipment was adequately stocked. Olympic bars are constantly missing from benches and squat racks. Collars are a struggle to find. Smaller plates are in short supply and will send you on a trek. Bring noise canceling headphones because the gym blasts music, and then the 2 trainer lead classes each have their own personal speakers blasting louder music. And don't use the treadmill on the far right front row by the stair master. The belt has been sticking for months. It will stick and trip you as you run or walk. They have rules about hoarding stations and no gym bags on the floor but its not enforced so if you show up at a busier time you'll find bags and bottles "savings equipment as people do their circuits. Nvevermind it'll stay saved but empty for 20 - 30 minutes at a time. I don't believe its worth the premium price anymore.

I don’t usually write reviews but I was on a road trip and traveling through Phoenix. Needed to get a workout in and heard a lot about this place since they are having a grand opening in my hometown. Super impressed as soon as I walked in with Justin at the front desk. Extremely helpful. Continued to be impressed through the rest of my visit with cleanliness, equipment, and amenities (plenty of them). If you have a family in the area who cares about fitness I would be excited about this spot. As a result going to go take a look at the one in my hometown when I get back.

What's good about this Lifetime is the overall vibe and members. Friendly crowd and very few bad apples. This Lifetime is the oldest in the greater Phoenix area. However it's high end, full facility and maintained well. Staff and GM are great and help create the nice atmosphere. A high quality facility, good crowd and pleasant staff are what's important to me. The facility itself? Everything anyone needs for a healthy lifestyle .
